About the team

Our marketing team is small but mighty. This past year we’ve focused on establishing a new brand and positioning to bring our new product focus to market. 

We believe the #1 quality of a successful marketer is empathy. We don’t focus on selling our product and features, rather the benefits and outcome. We believe that when you educate the customer, they will make the best decision – so we assist to buy and seek to deliver maximum value in every interaction. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be working closely alongside sales, product, business intelligence, and digital marketing team members. Together we are working to develop a process-led department with a culture of science/​experimentation.

  • Leverage sales members and insights to produce content that listens. 
  • Produce supportive content that helps customers with use cases. 
  • Craft key high-value modular content that can be leveraged in multiple ways to extend impact. 
  • Become customer-obsessed. 
  • Nurture an ongoing intimate understanding of our products and mission.

  • Bilingualism (English/​French) is considered an asset. 
  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (i.e. journalism, public relations, marketing) plus three to five years’ relevant experience.

Location
