The Opportunity

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the power and freedom to lead the entire function of digital marketing at our organization. This includes ad campaigns, social media, email, our website etc. This is one of the most important roles at Lavvi.

Guided by a high level go-to-market strategy, you have the expertise to develop the right mix of tactics/​channels that will best move the needle. Your mission is to improve the effectiveness of our sales outreach and accelerate the enterprise buying cycle.

You like to get to the heart of matters, knowing that even for B2B marketing there’s a human being you must connect with first. You believe the right messaging considers both emotional and rational impact. You also know that good marketing means selling outcomes, not features.

Your challenge? Show and not tell. You can craft unique ABM campaigns that deliver personalized landing pages and custom messaging.

You are a well-balanced analyst and strategist. You have the execution skills to deliver, and the analytical skills to optimize accordingly. A bit of a mad scientist, you love to test and iterate to discover exactly what lands.

Nuts & Bolts:

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Status: Full time (40+ hours)
  • Location: Remote or onsite (if in Moncton, NB)
  • Reports to: VP of Marketing
  • Career path advancement: Digital Marketing Manager > Marketing Director > VP of Marketing

Other responsibilities:

  • Develop a world-class marketing funnel from the ground up
  • Recommend and implement marketing automation tools that extend our capabilities
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns that leverage web, SEO/SEM, email, social and display advertising
  • Maintain an influential social media presence across all relevant channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Become a guru in our display marketing platform, Terminus, to leverage capability to the fullest
  • Create and execute digital marketing tactics that strategically validate hypothesis on target customers, messaging, and channels
  • Collaborate closely with sales to deliver industry leading multi-touch account-based marketing tactics
  • Make data-driven decisions by monitoring and reporting key metrics across multiple data sources
  • Quickly launch and optimize campaign landing pages
  • Improve and optimize our website
  • Nurture an ongoing understanding of our footprint in the industry, our products/​services and the mission

Qualifications:

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, enterprise B2B, and ABM marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS product marketing and automation platforms
  • Thrilled to take extreme ownership of your work and heavily output driven
  • Comfortable taking risks in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats and unafraid to experiment on various platforms
  • Confident building workflows from the ground up
  • Demonstrated experience maximizing ROI on established budgets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in marketing analytics and big picture strategic thinking
  • Factual and direct to the point communication style

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services and/​or start-up environment
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Previous experience using platforms like HubSpot or Terminus
  • Advanced expertise in setting up and configuring automation tools (e.g Terminus)


Compensation & Benefits:

$90,000 – 125,000 CAD
