I'm Miguel Ceron

With over 15 years of experience in the life insurance industry, I began my career as an insurance advisor. It was during this time that I transitioned to working for a prominent Canadian life insurance carrier where I worked with their MGA and advisor channels and oversaw their inside sales and broker service function.  Following this, I moved into a B2B Enterprise Sales role, focusing on insurance services and underwriting, and later took on a similar position at one of the world’s largest life and health reinsurers, concentrating on the North American life carrier market. Before joining Lavvi, I held a key role at a SaaS-based insurtech company, overseeing Carrier and Distributor customers across Canada.

Outside of work, I can often be found exploring mountains on a hiking adventure or experimenting in the kitchen, indulging my passion for cooking.
