About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across both sales and marketing departments. This role is central to integrating various functions such as CRM management, digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and direct support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both marketing and sales processes, demonstrating a balance of creative, technical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Management and Support: Administer and maintain the HubSpot Sales CRM platform. Manage the integration of digital prospector data into the CRM using GetLevrg.
  2. Website and Content Management: Update and manage content on the website CMS. Create and develop marketing content for various platforms.
  3. Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate sourcing of promotional materials and manage on-site activations.
  4. Support to Sales Team: Assist the sales team in managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating information. Provide direct support in lead generation, prospecting, and customer communications.
  5. Documentation and Reports: Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and negotiate terms. Maintain detailed reports on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasting.
  6. Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate sales team schedules and file important documents.
  7. Event Management: Assist in preparing for promotional events and support the sales team during trade shows and events.
  8. Communication: Offer after-sales support and manage data electronically. Facilitate internal communication within the sales team.
  9. Team Collaboration: support sales and marketing teams to develop strategies based on market research and trends.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Status: Full time (40+ hours)
  • Location: Remote
  • Reports to: CCO

Compensation & Benefits:

$60,000 – 75,000 CAD

Qualifications:

Must-haves:

  • Experience in sales and marketing coordination
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CMS systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to support and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-haves:

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing data analysis
